Nice coworkers, cost of living is quite cheap in the area

Cons

6 patients almost everyday. Charge RN has 6 patients. Management will come through and nit pick every little thing even though you have a ton of patients. Turn over over regular staff is very high. Travelers making 3x-4x what staff makes but admin won't do anything to retain regular staff. Obviously leads to high stress and burn out.
