The coworkers you will work with here are amazing.

Cons

Forget packing your lunch, you will barely have time to pee. If you have a passion for nursing run away because I don't think I have seen a single employee that has worked here for a year have any excitement or joy in their eyes. Also management is a who's who game and if you don't have the right pieces from the start forget trying to move forward in your practice. Hospitals like this are the reason that labor laws exist.
