Execs have gotten gross increases in their salaries, not justified for a non profit community hospital operating in the RED, actively making cuts budget year after year, decreasing employee benefits like 401kmatching, spending ridiculous amounts on travel staff and NOT increasing wages for loyal, long term employees. Employee burnout is REAL.
