Upper management needs to go - Staff RN Kaweah Health Employee Review

Upper management is poor. Achieved magnet status by hand picking the rn's to interview and fed us all the lines to say to interviewees. Poor pay , No OT after 8 hrs. If you speak your mind, you might lose your job. They always find a way to take more from you and give you less. Very political upper management. Never once in 7 years did any of them introduce themselves or say hi when walking through the halls. You are just a number here.
