This company is supposed to be based on ethics and good values yet it's the complete opposite. Managers micromanage, have 0 trust in their employees. The leadership team is a joke and changes processes what seems to be daily. There is no certainty in anything they do. You are expected to work long hours and are look down upon when you request your personal days off. Starting out, they give minimum time off. There is no work-life balance. They do not care for their employees!!
