Cons
I worked in the New Cheese Department and got terminated over failure of completing probationary period, and later on finding out it was over how people feel some type of way about me. This department lacks ALOT communication and infrastructure. Im still hearing they currently have the same “problems” as they did with me and they still have not addressed anything. As far as who leads it. Definitely needs some training on communicating and understanding having a leadership role and not let FEELINGS get in the way. Lol. Its completely biased as there is a family member working in that department that is completely emotionally unstable. Anywho if applying for that department get ready to deal with ALOT of emotion, feelings, and misunderstandings.
