Pros
Good advancement opportunities. Easy to make professional connections to use as a springboard to better jobs with companies that take actual action on issues and listen to their employees.
Cons
Company is extremely split up and departments work separately from each other often times hindering and some departments if they decide they don't like you, purposefully preventing operations, sales, and logistics from running smoothly. Little to no help from leadership when requesting for assistance when departments don't respond/respond in a timely manner. HR is useless and payroll takes weeks to do anything. HR does not treat employee personal information with any regard, paperwork is filed incorrectly or not at all. New hire process is a nightmare due to the lack of responsibility that HR takes in hiring new employees, they basically could care less and will attempt to blame issues with the hiring process on the employee or not respond at all when it's called out that HR was to blame. People are not held accountable and this often causes major issues as it trickles down into the divisions from the corporate offices. Huge wage gaps between employees in same positions, under paid when having considerably more experience to their peers. Problems within a division that require senior management and leadership to step in and demand answers are met with a brushed aside, "stop talking", attitude when you attempt to call this out.
