Pros
Monday - Friday office hours; great people; pot lucks; vendor meetings are very helpful to gain knowledge about products; product samples; discounts on products; spiffs were great; yearly raises are terrible but that's how corporate companies operate.
Cons
Remote positions were taken away from excellent hard working staff that resided too far to commute to the office; the decision was made by new directors and we either had to commute or resign. This was extremely difficult, financially and emotionally, due to the fact that I was considered an exceptional (5+ year) employee that received the highest percentage for a raise each year. I resigned on good terms and if remote positions are ever brought back, I would absolutely apply.
