Honestly nothing is positive about this job maybe the supervisor are decent people but they are forced to uphold this companies poor policies.
Cons
Performance standard where you must be at 100% or face disciplinary action. Performance standards change without any notice to employee. It's moved from 532 boxes by lunch to 560 to be at 100%. It's supposedly is 150 an hour. This company will write you up if you are at 97% or 94% to performance standard because you have to be at 100% Point system for attendance so if you clock in at 11:06 its a point past 15minutes its 2 points, miss a day its 4 points. You can't take a vacation til you hit a year of employment. The vacation is scheduled a year out so you can't take any day for say an event in your life coming up. Unless you have a sick day and you only get one sick day every two months. You work pretty much as long as they tell you to the schedule is supposed to be 4-10 hours days but you will regularly do 12 hours. Most I did was 17 hours. Job hires felons because they know only desperate people will work in a freezer or refrigerator picking product for 12 hours. They offer 15.40 to start and supposedly goes up to 23 an hour after 5 years however, the policy are designed that no one makes it to 5 years most employees are fired through either attendance or performance so they are constantly hiring and paying lower wages. It's a low wage poorly designed warehouse job that attacks people rather than changes processes to improve productivity
