Very disorganized. They've bit off more than they can chew honestly. They're quick to reprimand and fire people. Idiotic decisions made by a couple of the supervisors/management to get rid of the cleaning crew because we weren't working fast enough made absolutely no sense. Decisions like that only hindered employees work and left the warehouse a disaster with all the broken product never being cleaned up for weeks, if at all. Faulty equipment as well, Regularly the reach trucks would malfunction and break. Not enough equipment for everyone either.
