Not the most progressive workplace (in terms of technology, policies, workspace), but trying to improve. Paternity/maternity leave policy very archaic and nowhere near what should be acceptable in a developed country. They try to time promotions with end of year reviews so that you don't get your merit increase and a wage increase. Year-end merit increases also typically barely even cover inflation.
