Pros

Let me preface this by saying I worked at corporate, I don't know anything about the drivers or warehouse workers. -Salaries are good -Work life balance is good -The people are really nice pretty much across the board although sometimes it can be to a fault.

Cons

The technology is insanely outdated. Literally using software designed a designed a decade before my birth, that is not an exaggeration. People are often hired based on personal relationships, which is not unusual, but then those people don't have to do anything. If you're put to work on a team with someone who went to the right church or something you're going to have to do all of their work. The culture promotes the diffusion of responsibility, so you're not rewarded on doing extra, nor are you punished for not doing anything. The result is an incredible aspiration to mediocrity. Everyone seemed unhappy when I was there. The benefits are pretty terrible. No 401k match, the ESOP program takes a minimum of 9 years to see anything and it's pretty unclear how it even works.
