Pros
Money is great but only if you get your hours. Their unrealistic metrics for picking has people cheating the system by typing in the location before you get there, dangling from racks to grab a product, mispicking, grabbing broken products, just to meet numbers. They do feed us once a month, which is great, but the “kehe family” gimmick is cap. Supervisors and higher management don’t even acknowledge your presence. Be prepared to go 8-10 hours without even talking to anyone.
Cons
I’m surprised they havent gotten sued yet with how unsafe the warehouse is. I rolled my ankle twice since I’ve been here by stepping on broken pallets to get the products. Since any accidents automatically gets a drugged test, you take in on the chin, and get back to picking. Numbers is the only thing that matters at the end of the day.
