      Pros

      Plenty of work, lots of overtime, and love the people I work with.

      Cons

      Management promotes kiss ups with no merit. The company is run by those that only see the numbers and have no clue how to work together efficiently. It's not about hard workers it's about fast workers even if they cheat lie and steal to pump up their production. The warehouse is filthy and disorganized.
