-Time off around holidays -Laid back because these people are not high performing so you can coast and be fine if that's your style
Cons
-Turnover is extremely high and management is struggling to fill head count because of low pay. Entire teams are resigning. -They gave awards to finance people on a recent corporate town hall for working on the weekends. Great culture as you can see. (Sarcasm) -ESOP means you are stuck for 3 FISCAL yrs to be vested so if you leave before you lose all the money. No 401K match and terrible benefits. -VERY toxic leadership where one SVP openly gossips about her entire team, stirs the pot and backstabs people constantly but is praised by higher ups. -HR is filled with terrible humans and is ran by the worst one out of the bunch. A lot of illegal things are done by HR causing the company to be sued. -They gave raises of 2% and 3% this year saying inflation was going to come back down but leadership got huge raises and bonus payouts. A lot of favoritism and grooming and a lot of people are related. Most promotions come with less than 15% pay raise. -Major lack of diversity in FTE, interns, LPAs, etc. It is majority white Christian people with old school values and beliefs at corporate.
