2yThanks for adding your input. Happy to see you highlighted our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) - it's such a huge benefit that removes some of the stress around saving for retirement. I hear you on your last comment...it's tough when you or someone you know gets passed up for another position within the company. I'd like to think our leaders strike a good balance between evaluating not just amount of experience, but also the specific accomplishments towards department or company goals. If you're still with KeHE, I encourage you to talk to your Supervisor or HR about the skills or achievements needed to step into a new role, or to develop your career in other ways.
