2yThanks for the review! Happy to hear our company benefits and work/life balance are exceeding expectations. With our processes being strict, I'd like to think it's for good reason, right? We need to get our orders right the first time, so our retail customers are happy, but if you recognize some areas in need of process improvement, please voice those to your Manager/Director. We can always do better!
