Thanks for the work you're doing as a Buyer at KeHE. Our Supply Chain department does promote a lot from within, but it can be tough when you feel "passed over" for a promotion into a senior level role. I encourage you to discuss with your Manager and HR Business Partner what steps you may need to take to be considered the next time a position opens up.
