Terrible Experience - TOXIC!! - Marketing KeHE Distributors Employee Review

Terribly toxic. Favoritism, bullying, retaliation. Don’t be fooled by their awards for best workplace; it’s a joke. Might as well have worked with a bunch of robots because everyone was out for themselves, throwing hard working people under the bus, and terrified of leadership. Never been happier that I’ve moved on. You can get therapy through the EAP and you’ll need it. They say they promote work/life balance but they don’t. Just terrible leadership in this department. If you want to join an innovative, forward-thinking team, this is not it.
