Lots and lots of hours. Usually. Unless there aren't. In which case they WILL have a problem with you having a second job.
Cons
Liars. Bullies. Tell you you're going to make a certain amount and then have the rug pulled out from under you. Work there for years showing dedication and team work just to be let go over nonsense.
