Pros
A.T. Kearney has been a great and flexible place to work. As a consultant I have taken multiple leaves of absence to spend time with my family and have moved in and out of consulting seamlessly. I have worked part time for the past 3 years and been completely supported by the firm and maintained my career trajectory. A great place to work!
Cons
Can be very intense and all consuming. Consultants could use more support to figure out how to master the balance.
