Pros
Holistic development (eg. politics in workplace) Good work-life balance (work whenever you want - your peers/seniors dont work, so you can do whatever you want - I could really follow my passion in office as I did not need to work much) Great for those in good relations with management - management is indifferent and is keen on promoting on the basis of favouritism - be their favourite and you will climb the tree quickly
Cons
Not good if you are a hard worker Sometimes you may put butter on toast but toast itself may disappear (former GSC leader left and my hard work went down the drain)
