Pros
Your experience is what you make it. Super smart people and with some very interesting work and great post-consulting outlook. Lots of growth opportunities on projects and otherwise. Fantastic consulting experience to learn about industries, functions and stakeholder management. Mix of friendly, serious and hostile coworkers.
Cons
Project pipeline is currently very weak which slows progress and promotion cycle. Staffing is not as invested in getting the right project or role for consultants (staffing is more consultant driven and a factor of networking rather than capabilities).. Projects are often sourcing heavy. Definite number 2 to MBB consulting companies.
