great coworkers, no-fuss mobility within regions (e.g. moving from Canada to the U.S.), significant flexibility in taking LOAs, doing secondments, pursuing other interests.
Cons
less prestige than MBB, smaller size means we lack some of the luxury back-office functions some bigger firms enjoy, culture of putting in "magic time" (i.e. time you aren't billing) to do essential activities like business development, recruitment, and intellectual capital development, which can compromise the quality of the work.
