      - unique culture, less political and hierarchical than other consulting firms - similar engagements to what MBB have, even though ATK is considered 2nd tier - a lot of freedom to develop - good international opportunities even at Junior and Consultant level

      Cons

      - not the best at Marketing themselves - not the best comp - sometimes letting Juniors too long on engagements, leaving little room to develop other skills
