Great culture - very entrepreneurial ...get to do more interesting things and serious business development at an earlier rate than at the major competitors (MBB)
Cons
Slower path to partner relative to other firms. Once you get there, there is only one level of partner - also unlike MBB where there are several. But, for people looking to leverage the experience and title and exit prior to partner, MBB offer faster title promotions than ATK
