Pros
Quality of people: I worked also for Big 4 consultancy and the level of people is different. You can find stars in Big 4, but also very mediocre people. Here you cannot meet them.
Cons
Very intensive work. You are expected to be very flexible, work on project during the day and be available for conf call in the evening.
