Pros
1) Great culture, all employees are initiative and proactive, very polite and caring 2) Company offer a lot of flexibilities (to take leave of abscence is not a problem, transfer to another office is realistic, 2-3 MBA are covered for Europe - so it is realistic to have your MBA program covered by the Firm)
Cons
1) Sometimes long hours 2) Not that strong approach to cases (sometimes very chaotic and not structured, not useful for the client) but depends on manager
