Pros
Highly capable people, who enjoy working in teams. Much more diverse than few years ago and more and more strategic work. Recently changed its compensation and bonus structure, which was about time to compete with MBBs of the world. Change towards a high performers culture, which is a major shift in Kearney's culture as it will push competition within the firm.
Cons
Limited employee benefits (e.g. gym contribution) and only few inter-office events (e.g. Dallas meets NY)
