Pros
Very good processes for appraisal, high-performers are rewarded very quickly and sufficiently. Smaller tahn most other consulting firms, a bit understaffed compared to others but that means enough opportunities for you if you are doing good. Competition is not so cut-throat as McK/ BCG etc.
Cons
Does not have a very strong up or out policy that allows low-performers to hang around for years. The batch hiring system is very strong so if you do not get promoted with the joinees in your batch, its difficult to cover up later. Senior leadership is a bit unstable, many partners have done only short stints and left, that does take a toll on mentoring. Exit opportunities are not as great as MCk/ BCG/ Bain.
