Leadership shows great example on importance of frequent communication by sharing various topics through innovative styles like Vimeo. Corporate events are very well organized and are fun. Pre-pandemic, kitchen was stocked with all kinds of snacks that were free to employees. Even a beer cooler for happy hours after 3pm every Friday.
Cons
If you’re a consultant, great! You’ll get lots of training support and mentorship with huge earning potential and upward mobility. If you’re a staff member, the odds are stacked against you.
