Management beginning to realize the need to place employees first - need to wait and watch how the recent measures taken to boost employee satisfaction evolve
Cons
Pay below industry standards - despite recent correction. Large share of work is on dull topics (read: sourcing / procurement work, running RFPs for clients) but that's the firm's cash cow so hard to imagine how the firm will solve for this problem.
