Pros
The people at ATK are by far some of the best at what they do... the best part? They don't brag about it and they are always willing to help you out, all the way from Senior Partners to BAs.
Cons
Work life balance... despite recent initiatives to improve it, this really comes down to the Manager and Principal that you have for each project, as they set the tone for the balance. If they don't work on balancing themselves, don't expect that to happen to you.
