Pros
-Great place to work, colleagues are fun -Gaining increasing amounts of traction in non ops work... it's been great! -Brand recognition amongst MBAs is increasing
Cons
-We still do a lot of ops work... that's not a bad thing necessarily but if that's not what your interest is then you may not be able to avoid it -Brand recognition amongst undergrads is not great... in anecdotal conversations undergrads seem to hold the big four accountancy consulting arms in higher esteem over ATK, even though the work there doesn't touch the same segment (and amount of interesting stuff) that we do. Lots of work to do to raise that profile...
