Pros
-Get to work among some of the brightest minds and experience different industries and problems on a daily basis. Never get bored on the job. There has been a recent push for more work life balance. Firm is growing like crazy
Cons
-Need more training and a better mentor program for new hires. Better onboarding process and revamp orientation training to make it more focused on actual client work. Training should not be done over webinar
