Cons
- Difficult job, often long hours - Can be an imbalance on staffing sometimes (seasoned consultants always on projects and struggling to get breaks in between, new joiners having trouble to get staffed to begin with). This is improving though. - A lot of procurement/ sourcing and operations work (can be a pro or a con... some will do more than others. You'll have some control over this but can never avoid completely).
