- Dying culture, not what it used to be when first joined - Fearful management who deliberately make the market dynamics and company success unclear to everyone - Weak staffing team who can keep you weeks to months waiting to be staffed on a project, and you rely on networking with partners which 50% of the time won’t reply to you. You have to fight for your exposure to be staffed on a project just like you would finding a new job - Unclear evaluations despite them trying so hard to make it sound completely objective when it’s quite subjective - Horrible work-life balance making it hard to balance a proper life and relationships
