Pros
Kearney is a terrific place to learn. Good people are welcomed and used in roles they can grow and direct themselves. The firm is full of very talented and driven people and the brand is well respected, particularly within supply chain.
Cons
work-life balance isn't high on the agenda and this is a very personality led business. For the best leaders, and there are some terrific ones, read good time - for the worst read frustration, unreasonable expectations, over-selling, under resourcing etc.
