Pros

Middle management in sales is AMAZING and feels very supportive.

Cons

I rarely write reviews, but prospective employees deserve an honest view of what it's like to work here. The culture at Keeper Security is driven by fear, not leadership. The environment is highly toxic, with employees constantly worried about job security, unrealistic expectations, and leadership's next decision. Rather than creating a culture of trust, collaboration, and professional growth, management relies on pressure, intimidation, and public scrutiny to drive results. The CEO's leadership style creates an atmosphere where employees are afraid to speak up, challenge ideas, or provide honest feedback. Decisions often feel reactive and disconnected from the realities of the business. Morale suffers because employees are treated as expendable rather than valued contributors. The company frequently talks about growth and success, but behind the scenes there is a significant disconnect between leadership messaging and the employee experience. Turnover is high, burnout is common, and many talented people leave because they simply cannot tolerate the culture. Benefits are also below industry standards, especially compared to other technology and cybersecurity companies. Employees are expected to give everything to the company while receiving benefits and support that lag behind competitors. There are talented people throughout the organization and a solid product, but neither can overcome a culture rooted in fear and a leadership approach that prioritizes pressure over people. I would strongly encourage candidates to speak with current and former employees before accepting an offer.

Keeper is a company with ambitious goals, a strong product and a team that is deeply committed to protecting our customers. We move quickly, set high expectations and value direct communication and accountability. That approach has helped Keeper continue to grow in a highly competitive cybersecurity market, and we are proud of the employees and leaders who contribute to that progress every day. We are glad to hear that you have had a positive experience with your direct management team and that you recognize the talent across the organization. We encourage employees to share concerns through their manager, the HR team or other appropriate internal channels so they can be reviewed and addressed constructively. We appreciate our employees’ contributions and remain focused on building a workplace where people can do meaningful work, grow professionally and take pride in what we are building together.

Not much to complain about. If you’re not used to entrepreneurial, fluid environments, it will not be for you.

Pros

The team members were one of the best parts of working here. They were knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help each other. Many of my coworkers genuinely cared about doing great work and creating a positive experience for customers.

Cons

Unfortunately, the work environment created by management was the complete opposite. There was a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inconsistent leadership. Managers often created unnecessary stress rather than supporting employees, and concerns raised by staff were frequently ignored. I also witnessed and experienced behavior that felt intimidating and, at times, crossed the line into harassment. Instead of addressing these issues, management often dismissed them or failed to take appropriate action. This created a toxic culture where employees felt uncomfortable speaking up and morale suffered.
