Pros

Nothing, the culture has changed a lot.

Cons

Everything! If you want upper management (CEO) to yell at you every single day threatened to fire you and tell you you're not worth it and you're lucky to work there, then this is the place for you. I have never been put down like I did at keeper, and so did my former colleagues. Turnover is VERY high. Upper management does not care about employees. This company won't last another 2 years.

Keeper Security Response

We at Keeper are proud to maintain an "open-door" policy and always welcome constructive feedback. That being said, no one benefits when people choose to make overtly personal false attacks rather than adding actual constructive criticism. I've been at Keeper and have worked with its CEO since the company's inception. My tenure and the many positive reviews speak to the strength and greatness of our team and its leaders.

Pros

I’m loving the entrepreneurial environment !

Cons

Not much to complain about. If you’re not used to entrepreneurial, fluid environments, it will not be for you.

Pros

The team members were one of the best parts of working here. They were knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help each other. Many of my coworkers genuinely cared about doing great work and creating a positive experience for customers.

Cons

Unfortunately, the work environment created by management was the complete opposite. There was a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inconsistent leadership. Managers often created unnecessary stress rather than supporting employees, and concerns raised by staff were frequently ignored. I also witnessed and experienced behavior that felt intimidating and, at times, crossed the line into harassment. Instead of addressing these issues, management often dismissed them or failed to take appropriate action. This created a toxic culture where employees felt uncomfortable speaking up and morale suffered.
