Pros

- They actually care about their staff, they won't just fire you when things get tough, numbers are vital as with every Sales team but they still see a person beyond that. - The industry is a tough sell because it's so competitive in cybersecurity, but the product is fantastic and well beyond the specs of direct competitors, so it's not difficult to crush competition on a sales call. - It's always tough to get a good work/life balance in Sales but Keeper does a good job at it compared to other companies I've worked for. - Strong management team.

Cons

- The job itself is difficult and this has never been so much so the case as of now, but this is not the company's fault. - Startup environment so you may have to wear multiple hats, which can also be seen as a pro, depends on your outlook, but as a BDR this can be a drawback as many of the tasks we do to help sales do not directly make our quota - You will find without a doubt other cons as no company is perfect - but I'd be 100x more times inclined to recommend this company over the two previous ones I worked in, in Cork City.

Pros

I’m loving the entrepreneurial environment !

Cons

Not much to complain about. If you’re not used to entrepreneurial, fluid environments, it will not be for you.

Pros

The team members were one of the best parts of working here. They were knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help each other. Many of my coworkers genuinely cared about doing great work and creating a positive experience for customers.

Cons

Unfortunately, the work environment created by management was the complete opposite. There was a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inconsistent leadership. Managers often created unnecessary stress rather than supporting employees, and concerns raised by staff were frequently ignored. I also witnessed and experienced behavior that felt intimidating and, at times, crossed the line into harassment. Instead of addressing these issues, management often dismissed them or failed to take appropriate action. This created a toxic culture where employees felt uncomfortable speaking up and morale suffered.
