Pros
Keeper has a great product. Makes for certain job roles to be easier because it genuinely is a great product
Cons
Everything else. By far the most toxic work culture I’ve encountered, and I’ve been working for over 10 years. Things are constantly changing with leadership, and if you even have a slight concern or questions you’re cut since leadership doesn’t think you’re “loyal” to keeper. Also HR? A joke. HR is one person so of course no employees feel comfortable reaching out. You represent the company, not us so let’s get that straight. And this one person is obviously very closely connected to the CEO, CTO, etc. so the whole open door policy is a shtick. Seen some of the most talented and devoted people leave in the past year. They send out long accusatory emails on Saturdays/Sundays filled with fear mongering. There’s a recession coming so you better work 100x as hard so you still have a job. Have any of you ever taken a leadership course? The way you lead by fear tactics is abhorrent and shows none of you have the common sense or background to know that the people MAKE or BREAK you. And with this rate of turnover and the ruthless firings for no good reason, your lack of care for your people WILL break you. They want cult-like loyalty here with no rewards for tenure. Why would I give my life up when I get absolutely nothing in return? Disappointing all around because it is truly a great product, but the C-level folks are gonna kill this place.
