Pros

Quick interview process, other then that nothing. This company is a dumpster fire.

Working for Keeper was honestly one of the WORST decisions of my life. If you have stumbled on Keepers Glassdoor page to to decide if you should work there or not consider yourself lucky that its not too late to turn around. Notice how there are always perfect 5 star reviews with very littlie information posted every time someone posts a negative (yet, honest and detailed) review? This is Keepers dishonest attempt at saving face. Keeper will be one most traumatic, chaotic and toxic things you will ever be part of. The leadership and middle management are incompetent and delusional (and that's putting it nicely). The culture is absolutely HORRENDOUS! What kind of company mass hires employees just to lay them off months later? Worst part is that they masked these layoffs as being let go from "poor performance" when most who where let go were only a couple of months off of Ramp. Again Keepers dishonest tactics to save face. The Leadership loves to remind employees how "expandable and replaceable" they are and they want an environment of stress and anxiety for their employees. I wish I would have listened to the reviews and STAYED FARRR AWAY from this dumpster fire of a company. ***Note to HR, DONT bother commenting on this post. You do not actually care about changing anything for the better. they only thing you care about is SAVING FACE***

Pros

The team members were one of the best parts of working here. They were knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help each other. Many of my coworkers genuinely cared about doing great work and creating a positive experience for customers.

Cons

Unfortunately, the work environment created by management was the complete opposite. There was a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inconsistent leadership. Managers often created unnecessary stress rather than supporting employees, and concerns raised by staff were frequently ignored. I also witnessed and experienced behavior that felt intimidating and, at times, crossed the line into harassment. Instead of addressing these issues, management often dismissed them or failed to take appropriate action. This created a toxic culture where employees felt uncomfortable speaking up and morale suffered.
