Pros
The product is solid and something I can honestly recommend. You can tell the C-suite is truly bought into the company's mission and values, which boil down to protecting our clients'/customers' data privacy. The investment into the products and company growth makes the environment feel like a start up (in a good way). I believe all roles can be 100% remote and there's a lot of coverage as far as where you can live. There is flexibility to make personal appointments as long as you're getting your work done and communicating with your manager. Being in cybersecurity, I'm not concerned about job security despite what's happening at other companies.
Cons
The only con I have to share has to do with remote work and my personal preferences. I can be a bit of a "social butterfly" at the office so only talking to people on video chat or messages has been an adjustment. It sucks because it's harder to make some of those connections with people you don't interact with professionally (this may be a Pro if you don't like to be bothered). With that being said, we do have channels for hobbies so I've been able to connect with people that way and have even had online game nights with coworkers. I make up for it by taking part in more social activities in my community.
