I can give you 10 reasons why I enjoy working here: 1 - Leadership is clear on the direction we are heading in 2 - People say Thank You and respect your time 3 - Team members help each other and are very responsive 4 - Hiring process was smooth and quick 5 - Onboarding is organized and we get to continuously train 6 - Company is set up to enable you to get your job done 7 - We have talented people that know their stuff and help you out 8 - My job is 100% remote and I never feel disconnected 9 - My manager is always there for me 10 - It is an innovative company with a product that sells itself and you get to experience growth and change plus provide ideas

Cons

I have not experienced anything that would qualify as a con for me. If you are not a go-getter, proactive, and independently driven to succeed, then this won't be for you.

Pros

The team members were one of the best parts of working here. They were knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help each other. Many of my coworkers genuinely cared about doing great work and creating a positive experience for customers.

Cons

Unfortunately, the work environment created by management was the complete opposite. There was a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inconsistent leadership. Managers often created unnecessary stress rather than supporting employees, and concerns raised by staff were frequently ignored. I also witnessed and experienced behavior that felt intimidating and, at times, crossed the line into harassment. Instead of addressing these issues, management often dismissed them or failed to take appropriate action. This created a toxic culture where employees felt uncomfortable speaking up and morale suffered.
