Keeper has been a life changing career opportunity for myself ranging from work/life balance to earnings. Extremely thankful for our VP of AM who gave me the opportunity to prove myself and develop under him. I was able to quickly learn and adapt to the product and find early success, something anyone can do in this position. The key is applying yourself to the job, learning the product and listening/collaborating to the outstanding leadership you have around you. Its really that simple. The leaders have all been amazing mentors, teaching well past the normal day to day and developing their reps. Any advice you need, personal or job related, they are there to help. Leadership aside, Keeper has the best product in the industry and it sells itself. Not to mention its constantly evolving for the better and moved into the PAM space which provided even more selling opportunities. Leads are constantly coming in and we have an influx of quality clients onboarded every day to work with and grow. Our commission rate is well above the average rates and provides plenty of monetary motivation. For a remote company, we have a great culture and continue to collaborate well. There is open access to the C-level, something you rarely find at a company. We team sell and you will find yourself on calls with any resource you need from engineers to the CEO/CTO/CRO.
