I have been working as a Systems Support Engineer at Keeper Security for almost two years now, and I can confidently say that this has been an incredible experience from day one. The organization's commitment to excellence, coupled with the exceptional communication with management, has made this journey truly rewarding. From the moment I joined the team, I felt a strong sense of belonging. The onboarding process was smooth, and I was warmly welcomed by my colleagues and managers. One of the standout aspects of working at Keeper Security is the open and transparent communication channels with management. They have always been approachable and responsive, making me feel valued as an integral part of the team. Whether it's addressing concerns, sharing ideas, or seeking guidance, I have always felt comfortable approaching them. The camaraderie among the team members is fantastic. We work together cohesively, celebrating successes and supporting each other during challenging times.

Cons

One area that could use improvement at Keeper Security is the limited availability of career opportunities or promotions. While the company provides a stable and supportive work environment, some employees may find themselves wanting more avenues for growth and advancement within the organization.

Pros

The team members were one of the best parts of working here. They were knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help each other. Many of my coworkers genuinely cared about doing great work and creating a positive experience for customers.

Cons

Unfortunately, the work environment created by management was the complete opposite. There was a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inconsistent leadership. Managers often created unnecessary stress rather than supporting employees, and concerns raised by staff were frequently ignored. I also witnessed and experienced behavior that felt intimidating and, at times, crossed the line into harassment. Instead of addressing these issues, management often dismissed them or failed to take appropriate action. This created a toxic culture where employees felt uncomfortable speaking up and morale suffered.
