Pros
The managers on the CSM team are incredible. They want you to succeed and will work with you through multiple strategies/join calls to help close deals or answer questions. Support and Sales Engineers were always willing to help! As long as you are calling on clients and having meeting with them, you will most likely make A LOT of money in this role.
Cons
Round robin for accounts is not always "fair" since the Inside Sales Rep could have sold them the moon but really the client only needed stars, so when their renewal comes around there may be churn. Also, some of the managers are fairly new to managing so they don't know the best way to deliver feedback to their employers. Also, some of upper management can act on their emotions before really understanding the bottom line.
