The hours are long and sometimes it seems like they undervalue your work ethic. Every once in a while you can get rewarded with a dozen golf balls or a t-shirt, but most of the time they just ride the quality workers more. They tend to put less on the shoulders of the weak and more on the competent, but the pay is all the same. It makes you wonder why you are even putting in an effort if you cannot get promoted and are just given more work.
