      Pros

      Recent acquisition to Kelley but have been treated very fairly and the people in the company are great. When they came in we gained many benefits we didn't have previously and I was given a raise.

      Have to hunt for everything Portland is a tough market Not a lot of existing accounts to cross sell to dependent on zips and account distribution
